Fort Hill Performing Arts Center (Fort Hill PAC) is excited to announce performances including Gap Mangione and the New Big Band, The Mersey Beatles, Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen, Roger McGuinn, and The Seven Wonders.
“This year we are bringing in a wide range of world-class talent,” said Sueann Townsend, Executive Director, Fort Hill Performing Arts Center. “We are welcoming groups that are touring not only regionally and nationally, but internationally as well.”
On April 30 at 7:30 pm, Rochester jazz piano legend Gap Mangione will bring his New Big Band to Fort Hill, playing the works recorded by the Mangione brothers as well as your favorite jazz and big band standards.
On May 7 at 7:30 pm, The Mersey Beatles, four lads from Liverpool, will return to Fort Hill with all the hits in an all-new show. All your favorite Beatles tunes with new costumes and video production.
On May 21 at 7:30 pm, Multiple Grammy nominee and IBMA’s Instrumental Group of the Year, Frank Solivan & Dirty Kitchen will simmer a progressive bluegrass stew of infinite instrumental, vocal, and songwriting skills.
On September 24 at 7:30 pm the leader of the influential 1960s group The Byrds, Roger McGuinn, will take the stage at Fort Hill. This Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductee and three-time Grammy Award winner is a legend of folk/country rock.
On November 19 at 7:30 pm The Seven Wonder will be back for another engagement at Fort Hill after a sold-out performance this past February. The Seven Wonders are seven premier musicians from Western New York’s vibrant entertainment scene paying homage to the music of Fleetwood Mac.
