Police report the arrest of an Addison man following a drug investigation
According to a news release, the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jason P. Rupp, 36, of Addison for possession and criminal sale of a controlled substance.
It is alleged that Rupp possessed and sold suspected methamphetamine on multiple occasions. The arrest stems from two warrants issued pursuant to two indictments by the Steben County Grand Jury following two investigations of illegal narcotics possession and sales in the Towns of Erwin and Wayland.
Rupp, who is currently incarcerated in the NYS Prison System, was arraigned in Steuben County Court and returned to the custody of NYS Department of Corrections.
