Police report the arrest of a Waterloo man following a one car accident.
According to a news release, the Seneca County Sheriff’s Office arrested Kyle Craig, 32, of Waterloo for driving while intoxicated.
Craig was traveling southbound on Whiskey Hill Road when he crossed the center line and struck a nearby garage. He was issued tickets for failing to keep right, moving from a lane unsafely, speed not reasonable and prudent, unlicensed operation, and driving while intoxicated.
He was issued an appearance ticket and will respond to the charges in the Town of Waterloo Court at a later date.
