Suspicious condition leads to arrest of Ontario man

Police report the arrest of an Ontario man following an investigation into a suspicious condition.

According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Donald J. Hinchman, 43, of Ontario for endangering the welfare of a child.
