Police report the arrest of a Clyde man following a domestic incident,
According to a news release, the Wayne County Sheriff’s Office arrested Owen T. Cole, 20, of Clyde after investigation into a domestic dispute that occurred in the village.
It is alleged that Cole got into a verbal argument with his girlfriend, threw his cell phone at a wall, and punched the wall which caused damage, all in the presence of his child. He was arrested for criminal contempt, endangering the welfare of a child, and criminal mischief. An order of protection was issued between the victim and Cole.
Cole was remanded to the Wayne County Jail where he is pending arraignment.
