Police report the arrest of a Caton man after a traffic stop.
According to a news release, state police arrested Matthew Tucker, 45, of Caton for driving while intoxicated.
During the traffic stop, Tucker failed multiple sobriety tests and registered a .24 BAC which is three times the legal limit. He was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated and was issued multiple traffic tickets.
Tucker will return to the Town of Caton Court at a later date to answer charges.
