Police report the arrest of a Rochester man for DWI.
According to a news release, the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office arrested Timothy G. Weber, 35, of Rochester for driving while intoxicated.
Weber was found to be operating a vehicle in an intoxicated state while in the town of Farmington. He was placed under arrest for DWI. Weber also refused to submit a chemical breath test and is currently pending arraignment.
Weber will respond to the charges at a later date.
