Police report the arrest of a Seneca Falls man following a domestic indent.
According to a news release, the Penn Yan Police Department arrested Ryan M. Mendez, 26, of Seneca Falls following a domestic incident in the Village of Penn Yan.
Officers were dispatched to a local residence where it was discovered that Mendez had damaged property of another person. He was charged with criminal mischief.
Mendez was taken into custody where he is pending arraignment.
