Police report the arrest of a Seneca Falls man following a domestic incident.
According to a news release, the Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Kenneth M. Fowler, 31, of Seneca Falls for harassment.
It is alleged that Fowler shoved and restrained a female victim during a domestic dispute. Additionally, it is reported that he caused damage to property owned by the victim. Fowler was charged with harassment, criminal mischief, and unlawful imprisonment.
Fowler was transported to the Seneca County Correctional Facility where he is pending arraignment.
