Deputies found that Arnold was intoxicated, and claimed to have just left a celebration of life event in Marion. His vehicle had come to rest on its side against a utility pole.

When deputies arrived, Arnold was already out of the vehicle.

He was found to have a BAC of 0.12%, according to a news release.

Arnold was processed and released with appearance tickets. The charges will be answered at a later date in local court.
