The Seneca Meadows Education Center in strategic partnership with Audubon New York announced today their upcoming programs in February. Snowshoeing will take place Saturday, February 12th from 11 am-1 pm. It is to be hosted at 1712 Black Brook Road, Seneca Falls.

The second program, Mardi Gras Foods will take place on Facebook Live, Friday, February 18th at 6 pm. You’ll be able to create your own Mardi Gras foods after watching our fun video that will guide you to Cajun culinary success! Chef Richard will provide his expertise on Cajun cooking.

The next program is called, “Trip to Costa Rica!” which takes place on Zoom Wednesday, February 23rd at 10 am. Join on Zoom for our virtual trip to Costa Rica! Thinking of this sunny, lush and biodiverse country is a welcome escape from February’s cold. Learn more about this Central American country that is committed to conservation. Discover how coffee and cacao farming can support the ecosystems we depend on for cultivation of these unique products. Kristen Moore, Audubon educator provides first-hand experience from her past travel and studies in Costa Rica.
