“People are shocked because I didn’t share my ‘journey.’ They are used to people documenting everything on Instagram, and most people in my position would get a big deal with a diet brand,” she told Vogue. “I couldn’t give a flying f–k. I did it for myself and not anyone else. So why would I ever share it? I don’t find it fascinating. It’s my body.”

About Adele Weight Loss Transformation

Adele never wanted to lose bodyweight intentionally but the exercises she performed helped her with anxiety. Adele explained in an interview with Vogue after her album called “30”.

“My anxiety was so terrible. I learned a lot of tools in my therapy, but I also just go with it. I find the anxiety gets worse when you try and get rid of it.”

She did work out so hard that she never needed to go to a particular diet plan. Neither Adele admired that her weight loss was a “Revenge Body”.

She said “It’s ridiculous. I think it’s that people love to portray a divorced woman as spinning out of control, like, ‘Oh she must be crackers. She must’ve decided she wants to be a ho.’ because what is a woman without a husband? It’s bul***t.”

Adele Tips for Weight Loss

Adele lost around 100 pounds of weight and this ain’t an easy task if you ask any celebrity. Here are the 7 weight loss tips that Adele personally thinks is sufficient enough to get you to reduce body weight and become healthier.

  1. Do it yourself!

Adele is full of motivation as per her former trainer Pete Geracimo who explained the Adele exercise plan on Instagram. He said “When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny. It was about getting her healthy. Especially post-pregnancy and post-surgery. When 25 dropped and the tour announced, we had to get ready for a 13-month grueling schedule. In that time, she warmed to training and made better food choices.”

  1. Performing Reformer Pilates

Adele’s fitness plan also included Reformer Pilates which is one of the weight loss exercises endorsed by Meghan Markle. Reformer Pilates is done using a special machine that helps you strengthen the core and improve flexibility while gaining maximum physical strength.

  1. Mixed Exercise

Adele performs weight lifting in the morning and a bike box in the afternoon with cardio in the evening, she explained while speaking to the Vogue. While talking to the Rolling Stone magazine Adele said “I mainly moan. I’m not, like, skipping to the [expletive] gym. I don’t enjoy it. I do like doing weights. I don’t like looking in the mirror.”

  1. High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

Adele got this workout from US trainer Dalton Wong who previously worked with Jennifer Lawrence and Vogue Williams and helped them cut down the extra body fats. Adele shared a photo of her doing HIIT sessions with a hairstyle like Sharon Stone in the movie Casino. She made a joke about such exercise plans and she also added an image with the caption “I used to cry but now I sweat.”

  1. Appreciate Your Body

Adele likes to read and she currently shared a masterpiece named Untamed: Stop Pleasing, Start Living by Glennon Doyle’s. The book is about self-help and developing better relationships with your body. Adele admitted that by reading it, she stopped being stressed and ruffled which helped reshape her entire body.

In an interview with Vogue, Adele further said “You don’t need to be overweight to be body positive, you can be any shape or size.”

  1. Minimum Sugar Intake

Adele confessed that her cravings for hot drinks were one of the factors to have excess sugar. We all know how much Britians are fond of a cup of tea but Adele restricted her way and told: “I used to drink 10 cups a day with two sugars in each, so I was on 20 sugars a day. “Too much sugar in your diet can contribute to weight gain, lack of energy, and fatigue – so it’s likely Adele is feeling far healthier and focused now she’s curbed her sweet tea habit.
