The World Health Organization’s COVID-19 technical lead Maria Van Kerkhove said, “we still don’t know everything about the variants and the future trajectory of that.”

Denmark, the United Kingdom, Singapore and India have all seen a rise in COVID-19 cases from the BA.2 and BA.3 subvariants.
