Police report the arrest of a Connecticut man after a traffic stop.
According to a news release, the Wayne County Office of the Sheriff arrested Gregg G. LePage, 53, of Colchester, Connecticut following the investigation of a traffic stop in the town of Ontario.
LePage was stopped after failure to keep right during a routine traffic stop. A field sobriety test was then administered and LePage was arrested for driving while intoxicated. LePage was charged with failure to keep right, DWI common law, and DWI over .08 BAC.
LePage is to appear in the Town of Ontario Court at a later date to answer charges.
