Deputies say a Webster man was arrested in Wayne County after a trespassing investigation during the late-afternoon hours in the town of Rose.
Hours later, authorities learned that Dustin Waite, 51, of Webster also faced charges in Monroe County.
According to a pair of news releases, deputies say Dustin Waite, 51, was charged with trespassing- after being found trespassing on a residential property in the town of Rose.
He was issued an appearance ticket, but hours later at Newark Wayne Community Hospital, deputies took Waite back into custody on a warrant for assault, criminal obstruction of breathing, and endangering the welfare of a child.
Deputies said those charges stemmed from an incident in Monroe County. He was turned over to authorities in Webster and will answer the charges there at a later date.
