Deputies arrested a Steuben County man following an investigation into a court order that was allegedly violated.
According to a news release, Bernard Campbell III, 29, of Bath was arrested after violating a court order.
He violated the order by having contact with a protected party. As result, he was charged with criminal contempt. He was also arrested on charges in the village of Bath.
Those details were not released by police.
However, deputies did say that Campbell was held on $5,000 bail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
