Auburn City Clerk Chuck Mason says more money is coming for drug abuse treatment and prevention from an opioid lawsuit settlement.
The City Council passed a resolution calling on Governor Kathy Hochul to declare EMS personnel essential health care workers and to include money in the state budget for EMS services.
The Council also held a public hearing on this year’s Community Development Block Grant action plan, which will provide money for Community Development Support Services, housing, human service programs and neighborhood and park improvements.
