Troopers: Skid Steer stolen from Palmyra, owner offers $1,000 reward

State police say the search is on for a Cat Skid Steer, which was stolen from a location on Floodman Road in Palmyra.

According to troopers, two occupants of a white Chevy Silverado pulling a red and brown trailer stole the machine on January 7, 2022 around 3:30 p.m.

Troopers say two men got out of the truck and loaded the skid steer onto the trailer. It is believed that the suspects likely live in the area and have experience with heavy equipment.

The truck left the scene and headed towards the Macedon, Walworth, and Ontario area. The victim is offering a $1,000 cash reward leading to the recovery of the skid steer.
