The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Newark man after an investigation into a vehicle off the road.
David Perry, 28, of Newark was charged with aggravated DWI after the roadside investigation on Jackson Hill Road.
Deputies say his vehicle went off the road- and following investigation he was found to be intoxicated.
His blood alcohol content was found to be nearly four-times the legal limit. Deputies said Perry blew a 0.29% BAC.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
