A Bath man was taken into custody after an ATV was stolen earlier this month.
According to a news release from the Steuben County Sheriff’s Office, Joshua Weldy, 26, of Bath was arrested after a burglary and stolen ATV was reported in Wheeler.
It’s alleged that Wendy entered a location with the intent to commit a larceny and took possession of the property that didn’t belong to him.
The property was located in Avoca.
As result he was charged with felony counts of burglary and grand larceny, as well as one count of criminal possession of stolen property.
He was arraigned and the charges will be answered at a later date.
