Xerox is eliminating health benefits for some of its retirees.
News 10 NBC reports some of the people losing those benefits are in their 80s and 90s. Letters reportedly went out just after Christmas notifying retirees of the cuts.
In an email, Xerox told News10NBC Chief Investigative Reporter Berkeley Brean “following a thorough review of our union retiree benefit plans, we made adjustments to align with current industry practices.”
It said the cuts will “allow Xerox to remain competitive as we return the company to growth.”
