Canandaigua man accused of punching victim in face and stomach at Woodridge Hotel

The Ontario County Sheriff’s office reports the arrest of a Canandaigua man following an assault at a local hotel.

Michael Todd, 38, of Canandaigua was charged with first-degree criminal contempt, as a felony, following an incident at the Woodridge Hotel.


He’s accused of punching a person in the stomach and face during an incident.

Deputies say the victim was protected by an active court order.

He was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment. The charges will be answered at a later date.
