Waterloo man accused of using GPS to stalk victim in Farmington

The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Waterloo man for stalking.

According to deputies, Eugene Peek, 68, of Waterloo followed the movements of another person by using electronic device. He monitored movements by GPS tracking data.


He’s accused of doing so during the month of November in the town of Farmington.

Peek was charged with stalking and released on his own recognizance. An order of protection was issued for the victim.

Peek will appear in local court at a later date to answer the charge.
