Police arrested a Seneca Falls man on sex assault charges after an investigation into a September 2021 incident.
Derek Hager, 37, was arrested on Wednesday, January 12 around 4 p.m.
He was charged with first-degree criminal sex act. The charges is a Class B felony.
He’s accused of attacking an adult woman while she was asleep and unable to provide consent.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
