On Friday, January 7th, 2022, the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Stephanie F. Kuti, age 34, of Waterloo, New York following an investigation into a traffic complaint.
Police located the vehicle which was operated by Kuti and it was determined that she was operating her motor vehicle impaired by drugs. Kuti was charged with one count of Driving While Ability Impaired by Drugs, a misdemeanor. Kuti was transported to the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department where she was processed and released on an Appearance Ticket.
Kuti is scheduled to appear before the Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date to answer this charge.
