Deputies: Williamson man arrested for DWI after traffic stop on Rt. 104

Deputies report the arrest of a Williamson man following a traffic stop on State Rt. 104 in Sodus.

Bret Heers, 51, of Williamson was arrested for DWI and not having registration plates.


The traffic stop was conducted after observing a vehicle without plates affixed to it. During the investigation, Heers was identified as the driver and found to be intoxicated.

He was released on appearance tickets. The charges will be answered at a later date.
