A Geneva man was arrested and charged with burglary after police say he forcibly entered a residence:
On 1.1.2022 @ approximately 7:05pm, the Geneva Police Department Uniformed Division
arrested the following individual for Burglary in the 2nd Degree, a C Felony. The individual
knowingly entered and remained in a residence with the intent to commit a crime when the
individual forcibly entered the residence to commit petit larceny.
Arrest 1: Kevin C. Peck, Geneva, New York, 69 YOA, Male.
Charges: Burglary 2nd, C Felony
Held for Arraignment at CAP
