When will I see my tax refund?
A tax refund usually takes about 21 days to be issued.
This is starting from the point that the IRS has processed and accepted your tax return.
You may check the status of your refund beginning 24 hours past when you filed if you did so electronically.
You can check the status by using IRS2Go or Where’s My Refund? through the IRS.
Filing by mail could take up to 4 weeks before you hear about your refund status.
