On Sunday, December 26, 2021, at 3:51 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Anthony C. Lopez, age 36, of Rochester, New York following a traffic stop on Auburn Road.
Police initially stopped Lopez for speeding. During the traffic stop it was also discovered that Lopez’s operating privilege’s in the State of New York were suspended multiple times. Lopez was charged with speed in zone over 55 mph, unlicensed operator, and aggravated unlicensed operator in the third degree.
Lopez was processed on scene and released on an appearance ticket scheduling him to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court at a later date to answer the charges.
