The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Lyons man following a disturbance on Queen Street.
Gregory Parish, 39, was served having a verbal altercation in front of his home with a woman who had an active court order against him.
The court order prohibited contact.
As result, Parish was charged with felony criminal contempt. The charge was elevated to felony status due to a previous conviction of criminal contempt in the last five years.
He was transported to the Wayne County Jail and will answer the charge at a later date.
