Police arrested an Enfield man two days before Christmas following an investigation into stolen property.
According to state police, Roy Searles, 33, of Enfield is accused of stealing over $1,000 worth of property from a location in Enfield.
The investigation remains active, but he’s accused of possessing the stolen property and counterfeit money.
State police say he passed the counterfeit money at a fast food restaurant in Bit Flats last month.
The stolen property in question is a trailer, which was taken from Horseheads in October.
No other information was available from police.
