Sentencing for one of the men who admitted to having a role in a 2019 murder has been delayed.
The 2019 murder of Joshua Poole in the city of Auburn has seen a significant amount of court action in recent months.
However, a pre-sentencing investigation has been requested for Tyree Anglin. Cayuga County Judge Thomas Leone made the request.
Apparently while pleading guilty to a reduced charge of manslaughter in June, Anglin told the court the killing of Poole was the end result of a robbery gone wrong.
Luciano Spagnola and Gage Ashley have both been sentenced to prison for their roles in the murder.
