Police report the arrest of a 30-year-old Dundee resident following an investigation.
Aaron Richardson, 30, is accused of making contact with a Penn Yan resident multiple times violating a court order.
An arrest warrant was issued for criminal contempt and Richardson was taken into custody without incident.
The charge will be answered at a later date.
