Officials in Geneva said the North Street School was placed into ‘lockout’ procedures as a precaution after a nonspecific bomb threat.
In a message to families, the district said the threat resulted in a police response.
The threat was under investigation and K-9 units were also called in to assist.
The district called the measures standard precautionary protocols to ensure student and staff safety.
