Police arrested a 24-year-old in Seneca Falls following a domestic incident earlier in the month.
Christopher Pagano, 24, of Seneca Falls was charged with one count of criminal obstruction of breathing, assault, and harassment.
The details of the incident were not released.
Police say Pagano was processed and released. The charges will be answered at a later date.
