A Seneca Falls man is going to prison after pleading guilty to arson and criminal mischief charges earlier this month.
The Finger Lakes Times reports 36 year old Douglas Brewer pleaded guilty December 6th in Seneca County Court in connection with two separate incidents. In one, he set fire to a car. In the other, he later fired a shotgun at the same residence, causing significant damage. Police say the incidents were not related to any domestic disturbance, but declined to give any more details.
Brewer is expected to be sentenced January 26th by Judge Barry Porsch to two to seven years in prison.
