A Horseheads Walmart employee is accused of intentionally undercharging a customer.
Tiffany Straub of Elmira has been charged with conspiracy for allegedly ringing up merchandise for customer Christian J. Lohrke of Elmira for less than the listed price. Lohrke is charged with petit larceny. Both were issued appearance tickets for Horseheads Town Court.
