The Seneca Falls Police Department reports the arrest of a Waterloo man following a theft at the local Walmart store.
Donald Mitchell, 67, is accused of not paying for items and passing all points of sale.
He was charged with two counts of petit larceny.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
