The Wayne County Office of the Sheriff reports the arrest of a Town of Wolcott man for failure to appear at a previously scheduled court date.
Deputies arrested Derek B. Yeara, age 42 of 5737 Spring Green Road, on a bench warrant for not appearing in Wayne County Court on 06/28/21.
Mr. Yeara was processed and held at the Wayne County Jail to appear at Wayne County Court on 12/07/21.
