Seneca Falls man faces felony charges after violating court order in Ontario County

Deputies arrested a Seneca Falls man on a number of charges including a felony count in Ontario County after an investigation into an incident that happened at the Ontario County Jail.

Deputies say Isaiah Quisim Elijah Waller, 29, was charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt.

The charges are based on an investigation conducted by the sheriff’s office, where it was found that Waller violated a court order while incarcerated at the jail.

He contacted a protected party three times by phone, violating the order, resulting in the felony aggravated family offense charge.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
