Speed stop leads to charges for Rochester driver in Canandaigua

Police arrested a Rochester man on several charges after a traffic stop for speeding in Canandaigua.

John Leslie, 36, was charged with unlicensed operation and operating without an interlock device after being stopped for speeding.

He was found to have a suspended license and no interlock device installed on the vehicle.

He was arrested and released on appearance tickets.
