Police: Canandaigua man violated court order during incident at local business

Police arrested a Canandaigua man following a disturbance call on Phoenix Street.

Richard Kolacz, 61, was charged with criminal mischief, after the incident. Police say the incident occurred at a business, but did not specify the type.

Police did say Kolacz had contact with a person during a physical altercation, in which property was damaged.

He was released on appearance tickets.
