On November 5, 2021 at 1:31 am, John Leslie, 36, of Rochester, NY was arrested for Aggravated Unlicensed Operator in the second degree, and Operating a Vehicle without an Interlock Device after a traffic stop for speeding on North Main Street. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Leslie operated a motor vehicle with a suspended license and no interlock device installed on said vehicle as she is required while driving above the posted speed limit. Leslie was subsequently arrested and released on appearance tickets to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On November 6, 2021 at 10:12 pm, Richard Kolacz, 61, of Canandaigua, NY was arrested for Criminal Mischief in the third degree after Officers responded to a disturbance call at a business on Phoenix Street. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Kolacz had physical contact with another person and during the physical altercation, property damage occurred. Kolacz was subsequently arrested and released on appearance tickets to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On November 21, 2021 at 10:51 pm, Amanda Wallace, 39, of Canandaigua, NY was arrested for Criminal Contempt in the first degree after Officers responded to a disturbance call at a residence on Saltonstall Street. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Wallace had physical contact with another person, who was also protected by a court ordered “stay away” order of protection. Wallace was subsequently arrested and turned over to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
On November 22, 2021 at 10:38 am, Justin Preedom, 31, of Canandaigua, NY was arrested for Petit Larceny after Officers responded to theft complaint at a residence on South Main Street on November 15, 2021. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Preedom stole property from another person at the location. Preedom was subsequently arrested and released on appearance tickets to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
On November 26, 2021 at 2:15 pm, Crystal Seymour, 32, of Rochester, NY was arrested on a Bench Warrant for failing to appear on pending charges in the City of Canandaigua Court for Criminal Contempt in the second degree, Criminal Mischief in the fourth degree, Menacing in the second degree, and Petit larceny. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Seymour failed to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court after previously being issued an appearance ticket. Seymour was subsequently arrested and turned over to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
On November 30, 2021 at 6:06 pm, Douglas C. Aucter, 61, of Canandaigua, NY was arrested for Criminal Obstruction of Breathing, Unlawful Imprisonment in the second degree, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child after Officers responded to a disturbance at a residence on North Main Street. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Aucter did obstruct the breathing of another person and prevented the same person from leaving the residence while in the presence of a child under the age of 17. Aucter was subsequently arrested and turned over to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
On December 1, 2021 at 12:31 pm, Gerald Pillard, 62, of Canandaigua, NY was arrested for Harassment in the second degree after Officers responded to a Chapin Street residence for a disturbance call. Pursuant to the investigation, it was determined that Pillard verbally threatened to subject another person to unwanted physical contact. Pillard was subsequently arrested and released on appearance tickets to appear in the City of Canandaigua Court at a later date.
