One sent to Strong Hospital, another ticketed after two car crash in Marion

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports a personal injury crash in the town of Marion on Wednesday.

It happened around 10:30 a.m. when Bryant Brozik, 33, of Palmyra was traveling north on Maple Avenue when he failed to stop at a stop sign with Walworth Marion Road. His vehicle then collided with one operated by Jolene Design, 66, of Penfield who was traveling east.

Both vehicles left the north side of the road. Desain was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for a neck injury. Brozik was issued an appearance ticket for failure to stop.

The charge will be answered at a later date in local court.
