A Sodus Point woman has been charged with criminal mischief and harassment after an incident in the town of Sodus.
Wayne County Sheriff’s Deputies arrested 20 year old Heaven L. Batz following an investigation into a disturbance at a Sodus residence. Investigators say Batz arrived at the residence and began pounding on the door and challenging a resident to a fight.
They say when she pounded on the door, the window on the door shattered and she left the scene. Batz was taken into custody at a nearby residence and taken to the Wayne County jail to await CAP arraignment. The victim requested an order of protection.
Batz will appear in Sodus court December 8th for further proceedings.
