On 11/22/2021 at approximately 5:30pm, the Geneva Police Department’s Uniformed Division arrested Kenneth E. Nelson, 56, of Geneva for felony contempt and harassment, a violation.
The individual allegedly violated a duly issued Order of Protection when he struck a protected party.
This incident was the result of a domestic incident.
