The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of a Walcott man on sex charges after an investigation this month.
On November 18 Cory Lessord, 24, of Wolcott was charged with second-degree attempted criminal sex act.
He’s accused of attempting to have sexual intercourse with what he thought was a 14-year-old child.
Police say Lessord was actually communicating with an undercover cop.
He was arraigned and will answer the charge at a later date.
