Police arrested a Rushville man for DWI as a felony following a traffic stop in the town of Farmington.
On Friday around 5 p.m. troopers arrested James Cator, 31, of Rushville for DWI, as a felony, due to a conviction in the last decade.
According to troopers, Cator was stopped on Route 332 in Farmington for a traffic violation.
He failed a series of field sobriety tests, which resulted in his arrest.
He was taken to State Police HQ in Canandaigua for processing where he refused a breath test.
Troopers say Cator was arraigned and released.
