Disturbance leads to felony charges in Canandaigua

Police arrested a Shortsville man on felony charges after a disturbance on Sou8th Main Street.

Officers with the Canandaigua Police Department were called to South Main Street for a disturbance, which resulted in James Grover, 34, of Shortsville being taken into custody.


Police say Grover violated a court order, which resulted in a felony count of aggravated family offense.

He was transported to the Ontario County Jail pending arraignment.
