Police arrested a Bath man on several charges in the city of Canandaigua after an investigation into a disturbance last November.
According to a news release, Derek Meyer, 30, of Bath was charged with criminal contempt, criminal mischief, and criminal trespass after the incident on Bristol Street in November 2020.
It was determined that Meyer had contact with a person who was a protected party in a court order. After making contact with the person illegally- he damaged property while inside.
Meyer was arraigned and released.
